The BBC tournament will be held on September 10-11, 2011 at the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School athletic facility in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We will accept the first 41 teams to register and pay for entry, within the Divisional Caps we establish. All current NAGVA rules will be in effect.

Certified Officials and Score keepers
Each team is required to have a certified referee and certified score keeper to officiate matches on both days. NAGVA offers the exam portions for Referee and Score Keeping certification online (NAGVA). Passing the online exam allows you to take the practical (observation) portion of the process during the tournament. You MUST check-in with the tournament desk regarding when you intend to be on the referee stand for observation.
Teams will be charged the following fees if they do not have certified referees:
- $30 for a certified R1(up-referee) per match, which is 2 games during pool play
- $30 for a certified scorekeeper (per match).
Teams will also need to pay for any elimination round matches they are expected to provide an R2 (the certified R1 on the team) and a scorekeeper.
Failure to pay could result in forfeit for teams still in the competition, or sanctioning by NAGVA.
