Clinics (Referee and Score Keeping)

NAGVA now offers the exam portions for Referee and Score Keeping certification online (NAGVA). We will not be offering the clinics at registration; however, the practical (observation) portion of the certification process will take place during the tournament. Each team is still required to have a certified referee to officiate matches on both days. If you are interested in taking the referee and scorekeeper certification tests online, please write to the NAGVA VP of Officials, Jonathan Daclison, at officials@nagva.org. He will supply you with the necessary link and login required to take the test.

Teams will be charged the following fees if they do not have certified referees:

  • $30 for a certified up-referee (per match); and
  • $30 for a certified scorekeeper (per match).

In order to help save you money, please be sure you have at least one certified up-referee and one certified scorekeeper.
