NAGVA Online Registration

In order to help ensure a successful registration process, team reps are encouraged to make sure players renew or pay annual membership fee by September 1st. Instructions for paying the fee are available on the NAGVA website. Online player registration is $35. Paying in person at registration is $45 (save $10 by registering online).

 

Online registration payments completed days before the tournament may not show up on the printed team waivers - in this case, you must show the email from payments@nagva.org with your order ID#. Failure to produce the email (printed or on a smart phone) will require a payment by cash/check. If that results in a duplicate payment, a refund can be issued after the fact.

 

Player Registration / On-Site Check-In

Players must register in-person with a photo-ID on-site before being permitted to play in the tournament. Except for extreme cases or injury, rosters are officially closed for adding/removing players to the team once competition begins.

Players get free entrance into Machine nightclub.
